I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11025345, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
I was never given the name of a jeweler who would fix this problem Also, if they do provide me the name of a jeweler, is the jeweler going to fix this problem at no charge? Why should I pay for a problem they created? My watch was fine before they replaced the battery

the company contacted the Revdex.com and informed us that he has referred the consumer to a jeweler who could assist him with the setting of the watchThe company stated that no? refund, will be given this consumer over a $repair

Review: Ever since I purchased my current home I have been purchasing heating oil from B&B Heating. This period of time is approximately three years. Just as I have in the years past, I called to place a oil delivery to my home. This call was made yesterday 1/9/14, ###-###-####. The woman took my order over the phone and told me that delivery was going to be the following day. On 1/10/14, I received a phone call from [redacted], ###-###-#### at 3:21pm, and was told by him, he would not make money off delivering oil to my home due to distance and canceled my order. I indicated to [redacted], I have been receiving oil deliveries from his company for the past few years and this was never an issue. He disregarded my point of few and would not fulfill heating oil delivery.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my heating oil order fulfilled at no cost to me. The original order is 100 gallons at a price of $360.00. Due to the winter season I will have to place an order with another company. Delay in proper heating can result in harm to myself and heating pipes within my residence.I have multiple purchase order recipts on file that validate my complaint against B&B Heating. I will be able to produce this evidence as needed/requested by Revdex.com and/or B&B Heating.
