My name is Maureen Owner of RPM'S AUTO SALES, located at [redacted] ***.I received the complaint letter from [redacted] that your company send meThis is my response to this complaint On January 10, [redacted] purchased a [redacted] from my dealership. At that time the vehicle had a check engine light on and [redacted] was well aware of itAlso, we suggested to bring the vehicle back with in the next couple days to get checked by the mechanic that is located in the back of my dealership, because my mechanic was to far away from them, and once again ( they agreed) to do that.As we promised the vehicle was checked by the mechanic, after he checked the vehicle he said it was cosensor, and that was the only issue the vehicle had at the time of the purchased. Also, the mechanic couldn't fix it that because he had a lot of work that day, but he advised them to call back and make an appointment. We made and appointment with the mechanic for them but for some reason they couldn't make itAt this point we were complying with what we agreed with themSeveral weeks passed by and the mechanic and [redacted] couldn't come up with a date due to personal things on their endwhen they finally set a date to fix the car, (March 25th) we received the receipt from the mechanic that the job was done and the sensor was fixed and the check engine light was gone.We paid for this repair like we promised in good faith We are talking about that [redacted] took and half months to bring the car to get fix, we complied with everything and at this point if something happened to the vehicle after it was check the first time when we made the deal is no longer our responsibility we did what we had to do when we had to do it
