I think they do excellent work, my house was done years ago and hasn't bugged a inch, I plan on having them come back and do more, I trust them so much I'd by the company and trust the name. Remember we are dealing with the earth and every bed rock is different. Research helps for the consumer and the contractor. I believe in the Steel pier, I had another contractor try to convince my to use cement with a huge cost because of labor , B and B did theirs in one day and out, excellent work and they let me watch.
they will not return phone calls on warranty work ,they told me that their no money in it for them, they will bait you for work then not do the job like they stated I payed 15000.00 and not a thing did they accomplish ,,same as was even worse ,,I had them back took 3 months to get back the first time ,, no money in it..they said,,and still didn't fix nothing ,DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS!!!!
total refund they did nothing and made matters worse
Per phone call, 8/31/2018:
Mr. called to let us know that Mr. isnt a customer of his. He has a list of the calls that he has had over the past year and doesn't have his name listed or can find any records of a call from Mr. recently for any job.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
He needs to check his records he is a lier *** Texas guess just clams the ones that don't call a come back I payed him XXXXX$ He to old to be in business

Mr *** wants to make this right . He is setting up to come by personally to assess the prior work

Mr. stated that he did find the file for the address provided and B&B will set an appointment with the consumer to stop by and assess the job.
Business will not return multiple calls nor will come out to assess/discuss warranty services.
B&B House Leveling leveled my home in June 2014 and provided a warranty. There are multiple issues with the leveling of the house and I have been trying to contact the owner (this year) since February 2018. Initially, he would return my call and then tell me that he was out of the office, out of town, out on a "big job," did not have my file in front of him, etc, and that he would call me back the next day when he had my paperwork. This has gone on for two months and he has yet to call me back or come out to evaluate my home. I paid, what I feel, is an exorbitant amount of money for a shoddy job. Initially after the house was "leveled, " there were doors that hung when opening/closing due to the floor still not being level. Was told by the job foreman that this would "resolve when the house settles." I tried to contact them regarding this in 2014, but could not get a reply. Since that time, the "leveling" has deteriorated further. I would be much less upset about the condition of the floor if the owner would return my calls, acknowledge the warranty and provide the repairs. The poor workmanship along with the poor customer service combined is what has lead me to file a report.
I would like for a representative of this company to come and evaluate my home and then provide the warranty repair work.

They did come out for the meeting on May 2nd but I have not heard back from them when they have scheduled for my work to be done. I have tried to contact them several times again and have been unsuccessful in speaking to or having them return my calls.
