On 11/23/15, plumbers fixed several leaks under house and some leaks inside by the boiler At this time, a boiler specialist met plumbers at the house and spotted many more leaks Called home owner and advised him to contact his insurance company as repairs would be extremely costly Home owner contacted his insurance agent and [redacted] met with insurance adjuster, [redacted] on 12/15/ [redacted] and [redacted] looked at the boiler and [redacted] *ave the adjuster a worst case scenario price for repair of $11, Adjuster called on 1/21/and told [redacted] to take plenty of pictures and try to repair existing piping without replacing Scheduled repair for the following week, mid to week's end, with the homeowner's wife when materials would arrive [redacted] , tenant, contacted [redacted] on 1/26/stating that we were supposed to be there working that day He made nasty comments about my secretary at this time, when he had never even spoken to her I advised him that we were to be there Thursday and Friday1/28/16-1/29/ We worked late on 1/26/finishing all jobs that we had scheduled to allow us to accommodate [redacted] on 1/27/(text conversations are available) We went on 1/27/with men, repaired all leaks and provided heat to the home We told [redacted] fiancé that we would stop by on 1/29/to assure there were no other leaks that had showed up because of the freezing weather At this time, we told her that we had to order a [redacted] valve for the system that would evenly distribute the heat throughout the house We informed her that we would be back the first week of February to install this when we had it in our possession Part arrived late 2/2/and [redacted] was contacted to see if it was ok to schedule final repairs on 2/3/and he stated that it would have to be afternoon or it was ok to schedule for 2/4/ Job will be complete on 2/4/after amI spoke with the homeowner's wife after receiving the Revdex.com complaint and was informed that tenants have not paid rent during these repairs Leaks were not caused by the negligence of my company Work was not started on the boiler before the OK was given from the insurance adjuster because repair prices were so high Brian Johnson

costly.  Home owner contacted his insurance agent and [redacted] met with insurance adjuster, [redacted] on 12/15/15.  [redacted] and [redacted] looked at the boiler and [redacted]ave the adjuster a worst case scenario price for repair of $11,299.20.  Adjuster called on 1/21/16 and told [redacted] to take plenty of pictures and try to repair existing piping without replacing.  Scheduled repair for the following week, mid to week's end, with the homeowner's wife when materials would arrive.  [redacted], tenant, contacted [redacted] on 1/26/16 stating that we were supposed to be there working that day.  He made nasty comments about my secretary at this time, when he had never even spoken to her.  I advised him that we were to be there Thursday and Friday. 1/28/16-1/29/16.  We worked late on 1/26/16 finishing all jobs that we had scheduled to allow us to accommodate [redacted] on 1/27/16 (text conversations are available).  We went on 1/27/16 with 3 men, repaired all leaks and provided heat to the home.  We told [redacted] fiancé that we would stop by on 1/29/16 to assure there were no other leaks that had showed up because of the freezing weather.  At this time, we told her that we had to order a [redacted] valve for the system that would evenly distribute the heat throughout the house.  We informed her that we would be back the first week of February to install this when we had it in our possession.  Part arrived late 2/2/16 and [redacted] was contacted to see if it was ok to schedule final repairs on 2/3/16 and he stated that it would have to be afternoon or it was ok to schedule for 2/4/16.  Job will be complete on 2/4/16 after 10 am. I spoke with the homeowner's wife after receiving the Revdex.com complaint and was informed that tenants have not paid rent during these repairs.  Leaks were not caused by the negligence of my company.  Work was not started on the boiler before the OK was given from the insurance adjuster because repair prices were so high.  Brian Johnson
