Ok so we set an appt last week for tonight at for an estimate to replace our front porch & sidewalk, pour a sidewalk the length of our house from front to back and pour a 20xpatioSo we g a call jusr now just before 5pm that he has too many other bigger jobs and cant waste his time on our small projectMy husband told when he made the appt exactly what we neededThat would have been a good time to tell him we are not worth your timeSo, when you are hurting for money at Christmas, remember the easy little jobs you threw away without even a referral to another more professional companyWe will be going with another company, you were nnot worth our time eitherI would never recommend a company with such lack of professionalismThanks for wasting my date night
I am an engineer and own a Property Management Company in Denver managing over homes and Del Sol Concrete is the only call I'll make when concrete work is needed I received quotes from other vendors for a driveway before first working with Cesar His quote was actually the lowest and he went above and beyond by managing the project in a unpredictable heavy rain storm and covered the area with tarps at no additional charge Yes he may be booked out at times, he's in high demand (which is a good sign) and running a small business is challenging In my opinion it's absolutely worth the wait to find a contractor with such exceptional knowledge of his trade with very reasonable prices I recommend Cesar 100% with no reservations
Del Sol was hired to pour a drivewaymonths after the driveway was poured it crackedThey did replace those areasIt has developed another crackThey have a written warranty against cracks for year
Review: B&B Landscapes installed a paver patio at a total cost of $4,966 (completed on 5/20/2011) that included a one year warranty. Portions of the patio began to sink significantly creating a very noticeable visual defect and trip hazard. We contacted B&B by email on 3/13/12 to report the problem and request warranty repair. [redacted] from B&B acknowledged the issue by email on 3/13/12 and said he would be in touch in a few days. After no response, we emailed B&B again on 4/30/12. [redacted] replied on 4/30/12 that we were on the schedule and weather was causing a delay and that he would make an effort to come out in the next few days. After no further response, we emailed him again on 5/24/12 and again on 6/9/12 with no response. Phone messages left at B&B's office number on 6/20/12, 7/2/12, 7/11/12, and 10/9/12 were not returned. Phone messages were also left on [redacted]'s mobile number on 7/2/12 and 7/11/12 and were not returned.Desired Settlement: We are willing to accept warranty repair directly by B&B conducted in a timely and professional manner. To ensure the quality of the repair, I would like to agree to the methods taken to make the repair and conduct a final inspection and acceptance. Alternatively, I will receive a quotation for the repairs by another company of my choosing and provide a copy to B&B in exchange for a check written to me from B&B for the cost of the repairs.
Due to complications in health of owner and owners family the business has been shut down since April 2012, we are planning to reopen business November 1st and are willing to address the warranty concerns of Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] immediately..
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
