dangerous after it has been out of the store. Ammunition is easily tampered with and there are likely some people who would think it very amusing to double-charge a round or two in a box and then return it, just to make the point that "guns and ammo are bad" and should not be sold. We sold many many boxes of [redacted]rand ammunition in the last 60 days and this was the only person to complain that their ammunition did not work. Also as per [redacted], the shelf life of unopened ammunition is 10 years. If the customer would have waited to see me ([redacted]) then I would have tried to please him by discounting another box of ammunition. We are truly sorry that this person has taken his complaint this far but we are glad that he did because he made terroristic threats to my employees as he left the store and nobody knew his name. But now we have a name and phone number to give to the police.Thank You [redacted]

[redacted]First off I am responding to the B&B loans letter to you. I have never in my life tamper or mess with ammo. I wouldn't never in my life do anything to hurt another person. Second off I have never made any threats to harm anyone. When the person that work there said he wouldn't take back the ammo. I said that is fine I will take care of it and left. What I meant by that I would come home and file complaints to the better business and consumer affairs. Also I want to make it plainly noted that the owner of the store did not and I repeat did not want to come over from the other store and take care of the problem. So what he said is wrong and I highly am displeased with him defaming my name with anyone in my state or my home town.
