In reply to customer complaint ID# [redacted] wanted to return an opened box of ammunition that he had bought on 11/14/2017.It is impossible to return an opened box of ammunition to any store in the United States of AmericaThere is a liability associated with handling something so dangerous after it has been out of the storeAmmunition is easily tampered with and there are likely some people who would think it very amusing to double-charge a round or two in a box and then return it, just to make the point that "guns and ammo are bad" and should not be soldWe sold many many boxes of [redacted] *rand ammunition in the last days and this was the only person to complain that their ammunition did not workAlso as per [redacted] , the shelf life of unopened ammunition is yearsIf the customer would have waited to see me ( [redacted] ) then I would have tried to please him by discounting another box of ammunitionWe are truly sorry that this person has taken his complaint this far but we are glad that he did because he made terroristic threats to my employees as he left the store and nobody knew his nameBut now we have a name and phone number to give to the police.Thank You [redacted]
