Hi. I am responding to an complaint that was made against Top Choice Auto LLC on 04/04/2017. The 2005 Chevy Trail Blazer was sold to a customer last June in 2016. Top Choice sold the car to the customer as, as they do all of there vehicles. Top Choice Auto did tell the customer that they would take...

car of the gauges that do not work at the time of sale. There was also a front tire that was bad and was taken care of by Top Choice Auto. The customer states the tire is losing air. The customer was informed by Top Choice that she would need to take it to a tire shop and find out why it is losing air. Top Choice does not have the ability to do so for the customer. The customer also states the brakes are having problems. Well at the point of sale the brakes were fine. Top Choice Auto is not responsible for fixing brakes in no way but did inform the customer of what the problem may be and could not obtain the part to repair the car for the customer at the time, but customer is responsible for that issue. The customer went away for months after that incident. Since then the customer has made contact with Top Choice Auto again and the customer was told to drop the car off on a Thursday so that the gauges could be repaired. The customer said she would drop it off Wednesday night so it would be there on Thursday. That was the last time Top Choice Auto heard from the customer. Now we are at this point. We also know that we are not responsible for taking care of a customers car. All sale are AS-IS, but we were still going to honor what was said at the time of sale, and that was to fix the gauges and get a tire changed on car which was done last year. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11709616, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I did receive a refund on 9/27/16 after contacting the Attorney General's Office several times.
