I'd just like to give a BIG thanks to B&B Movers! We were moved from Sandy Springs, GA to Woodstock, GA on June 4 2015. First off, the Crew showed up on time and ready to work. The crew was professional, but also made the entire moving experience, a fun one to remember. All 4 men took care in handling our personal belongings (covering furniture, wrapping glass items, etc...) and even hoofed it down the street with me to an additional storage unit we had full of stuff, but they kept right on working until everything was properly/safely loaded onto their truck. The move into the home went extremely well also. The crew made it a point to ensure each box, chair, couch, whatever... was placed exactly where we wanted it. In the end, I was very impressed with the level of service and hard work these men provided us. I appreciate it greatly and would without a doubt, recommend B&B Movers to ANYONE in the Atlanta area. FYI, request Roderick and his crew!!!!! Great group of men!

On Nov 20, 2012, [redacted] of AAA Appliance, A/C & Heating Service came to my residence because my side by side 4 year old refrigerator was not cooling properly. He told me that the "Defrost Timing Element was out and that it would cost $350 00 to replace it" [redacted] mentioned nothing of this major part possibly being under Frigidaire warranty. He said that he would order the part the following morning, pick it up around 1:00PM and install it sometime late the next evening before Thanksgiving. In other words, no hurry, just when he got around to it. He strongly and quite arrogantly suggested at that time that I clean out/defrost my whole refrigerator in the mean time. I thought this was quite peculiar, as I bad to firmly request that he please put my shelves and food back into my freezer.Though I did throw out a lot of food for fear of spoilage, I did not clean out/defrost my appliance. I shut the doors and kept it running through out the night.

Tbe following morning of Nov. 21 my refiigerator was ice cold and running perfectly. I then called [redacted] around 8:00AM and told him the refrigerator was o. k and was working perfectly. He proceeded to argue with me and give a second and very different diagnosis over the phone. He told me that my circuit board was corrupt and I quote, "WILL GO OUT AND MY REFBJGERATOR WOULD NOT FUNCTION", I told bim that I was going to wait and see if this was true and to not return. My refrigerator, as of today, is still performing perfectly and has not quit functioning as [redacted] stated it certainly would.

I definitely feel that [redacted] is engaging in deceptive trade practices according to the Texas Attorney General's office. He deliberately misrepresented the repair needed and attempted to deceive me, as well as play upon my fear of not having a functioning refrigerator on Thanksgiving.

Then he had the AUDACITY to send me a bill 2 and 1 1/2 weeks later on Dec. 7 requesting payment for a service call fee with nothing filled out in the Description of Service section. IMAGINE THAT! UNREAL!

The amount of food that l threw out due to his misrepresentation alone is greater than his $52.50 service call fee, I have receipts showing that I had been food shopping the day before and had a refrigerator and freezer full of groceries.

My resolution is: To waive the service call fee in lieu of I not seeking damages/reimbursement in small claims court for the food I discarded per his misrepresentation and the constant worry that I endured during the Holiday and many subsequent days of my refrigerator "GOING OUT".

The business sent me know response except to send my complaint back to me.

Apparently, [redacted] is refusing to resolve anything and not abiding by standards.

He is a rip-off artist and should not be accredited by at all.

Your office should take a strong look at this business as they are engaging in deceptive trade practices.

I will take these complaints one at a time to avoid confusion.

l)Defrost timing element: the adaptive defrost timer was not functioning at the time Iwas there, creating an ice blockage in the evaporator coil. Which the customer saw.

2}Under warranty: the warranty for this ref is 1year parts and labor with a 5 year warranty on the seated system. Any other warranty would had to been purchased by customer.

3)0rdering part and returning: I ordered the part from her kitchen so I could return the next day to get her fixed before Thanksgiving. If it was no hurry I would of schedule for the following week.

4)Clean ref: I always ask customer if they wish to clean unit when I remove the shelves, just a curtesy to cust. I had already defrosted unit.

5}different diagnosis: The customer was told it was an electronic part and would fail again. Nobody knows when. It is her gamble.

6) misrepresentation: The diagnosis was correct at the time of service. If the control after being rebooted decided to work I have no control over that.

7) 2 weeks bill: We waited to see if timer failed again before sending bill after the holiday.

8} food threw out: Remember the unit was not functioning before Iwas there, so any food thrown out was on her own accord.

I feel we did everything we could on this unit. We are entitled to are small fee for coming out on her ref in a timely manor. It is her choice to disreguard the advice of the technician. She never attempted to contact us in her reguards to the bill. Please fell fre to contact me on this matter at [redacted].

With [redacted], the rip off artist, the lies, deception, and misrepresentation of the truth continue.

I am not going to even bother to respond to the lies in his response except to say it is an insult to my intelligence

and a fabrication of the truth of what occurred.

[redacted] thinks he is so very smart and clever, at the expense of the consumer.

[redacted] wants to have his cake and eat it too. He thinks he can successfully rip-off or attempt to rip- off people and still maintain his good

standing and rating with the as well as have people pay him for it.

If anyone is confused as to the validitiy of what occurred, it is [redacted].

I have had many repairmen come to my home and never have had to deal with this level of deception and arrogance.

I have also never had an issue of paying for any repair I have had performed in the past.



This company has had 10 days to respond and resolve this issue with me from my last response as of Dec. 31. As expected, I have had no response. I would like to close this case as UNRESOLVED and I wish to solicit a derogitory mark against this Accredited Business Owner. I only hire accredited Businesses with a good rating for all my repair work as well as contract work. I absolutely feel betrayed by this company as [redacted], the owner, was in no respect representative of standards or met my expectations of customer service,honesty, and business ethics of an A+ rated business. Not sure how to answer the last response from Miss [redacted]. I went to house with a ref not cooling gave my diagnosis of bad adc (adaptive defrost control). Customer refused the service to repair due to unit working again. I billed out service call for my time at house. $52.50 + tax. Customer sent in complaint so here we are. She has paid nothing at this time so how can she be ripped off. She has resulted to name calling because she has no facts to stand on. While searching for a mover recently, I called several movers to get estimates. B&B Movers had the best price and the most efficient person to give me the information that I needed. They followed up with me several times before the move to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. First of all, they showed up on time! The crew we worked with were remarkable. Such nice men, very respectful, pleasant, and very hard workers. It was a pleasure working with all of them. We plan on moving again in about six months and hopefully we can get this same crew. A big thanks to this company. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know who needs a mover in the North Georgia Area. We are definitely pleased with the outcome of our move..
