"Two +" thumbs up to B & B Plumbing of Central Florida!! In today's world, it's refreshing to find a company that is customer oriented and goes the extra mile to make their customers happy! Recently, I called Ben & Bobby at B & B for help with some plumbing issues and I received courteous, caring and prompt service!

One of the calls was regarding a rental property that I own involving a urgent matter (bad leak under the kitchen sink). Within 30 minutes Bobby was at the property checking the problem. He determined that the leak was due to a faulty kitchen faucet. Since the faucet had been installed by a different plumbing company within the past year and was still under warranty, Bobby was not able to do the work and I had to contact the other company to have them replace the faulty faucet. I asked Bobby what I owed him for the emergency visit & diagnosis and he told me not to worry about it; there would be no charge. I was thrilled with his generosity and super attitude!!

The next day, I needed help replacing some shut-off valves under the kitchen sink in my home. Ben sent Joshua and a helper to do the work. They were prompt, courteous and extremely caring!

There is no question in my mind that B & B Plumbing (Ben & Bobby) will be the first and only plumbing firm I call from now on!! I recommend B & B Plumbing highly!
