Comany overcharged for an inducer assembly, failed to connect condensate line after they installed it so basement was flooded, and failed to notice that drainer pan was rusted out so whole system had to be replaced shortly afterwards and prior expense was unnecessary. The company's response to all of this was to say "Too bad."
