I appreciate the fact that they are going to give my Mother-in-Law a refundI will advise her of thisI also would like to advise MrC*** that his employee is not being truthfulI clearly stated my name and that I was calling on behalf of my Mother-in-LawShe had called earlier that same morning and was told that she would not be refunded, that was what precipitated my callShe spoke to the same person that I didI asked her times before I said to her that their company was taking advantage of a Senior Citizen and that it was basically stealingShe was very rude and disrespectfulI would have never contacted the Revdex.com if this was a simple misunderstanding
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

told that this was under another name and we needed that person, *** ***, to call in and we would take care of itWe were under the impression it was her that signed up for the Roll-off dumpster originallyAt no point did we ask her age so we had no idea of her age and had no intent of taking advantage of a Senior Citizen.We will gladly refund *** *** the $
