get his issue resolved. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer as they get to decide what is covered by warranty as well as how they want the problem to be fixed. [redacted] did leave his unit at our lot over the summer knowing that we had not heard from the manufacturer on how the unit was to be fixed. If he wanted to be using the unit he could have been during any of that time. Currently the only solution the manufacturer has given us was to put on smaller wheels which is obviously not the fix [redacted] is desiring. The problem is not a simple fix and we cannot complete any work for warranty without the manufacturer okaying it under warranty. We are more than willing to work on the unit we just cannot complete what he wants done under warranty at no fault of our own.
