B B & T Bank

I had 3 business accounts with bbt under name navarre properties on 8-21-2013. 1 checking, 1 credit card and 1 overdraft protection account. One 8-22-13 I went to the North Asheville branch and spoke with [redacted] title(relationship banker) and asked to close the 3 accounts immediately. I payed a 10 dollar balance owed and [redacted] destroyed credit card. I assumed this was the end. The accounts never closed on the online account. In Sept. I had another fee show up on the account. I called customer service and was told that they couldn't help and that I need to go to a local branch. I went back and met with [redacted] again and she again attempted to close accounts. Again accounts still showed open on my online access. On 10-21-13 I was again charged a 22.50 fee. I emailed [redacted] and she called and emailed me back showing the documents for accounts being closed and fee was removed. Since 10-21-13 Ive checked daily on the account. The checking account remained open. Then checked again on 10-26-13 and the credit card account was again open with a 1 dollar charge for interest. The accounts have all been at 0 since August. I have not used any of them. I just want out of this. This is a nightmare. Please help
