This company has an office up the street from my townhome complex. I know yelp says they are closed, but they must have re-launched recently in Dallas and seem to be thriving on the commercial side of things.
I contacted this company because I have seen some of their quality commercial construction work around the Dallas area. Jim I believe is in charge of the commercial work side of things. I however needed some residential repairs done on my townhome and Jim deferred me to his brother Jay [redacted]. Things got rolling smoothly at first, Jay came out gave a very competitive bid for the property and said all the right things. However, after the initial estimate was done, Jay was difficult to reach and schedule for actual repair work. Months went by, I would maybe hear from Jay once a week or every other week about when he might be able to start work. I even recommended him to other owners in my complex to get bids. He flat out stood them up on numerous appointments. After about 3 months of this crap I have decided to start the process over from scratch with a more professional and responsive contractor. Do not waste your time with this guy for residential, they will not give you the time of day.
