Our staff spoke with [redacted] each time he called. It was explained to him that the owner Stephen M[redacted] was very busy and we could not give him a specific date as to when Stephen could go out on site and review [redacted]'s concerns.On June ** Stephen went to [redacted]'s property and...

inspected the plants. Upon review Stephen noticed that all of the trees & shrubs were healthy and doing fine. He also noticed that there were several perennials that were not there (dead). Three ornamental grasses were dead at the top of the driveway. These three grasses were immediately ordered from the nursery and installed on June ** at no cost to [redacted]. In addition he noticed two dead ornamental grasses at the bottom of the driveway.Attached you will find the back side of the agreement between M[redacted] Landscape & [redacted]. The first paragraph states the guarantees. Perennials are not guaranteed. With respect to the ornamental grasses, they are considered a perennial. As a courtesy we replaced the three at the top of the driveway. The two at the bottom of the driveway were not covered by the irrigation system and are a perennial. Although [redacted] did his best to water them by hand, it was not sufficient. Yes there was a mix up with the ornamental grasses last season. The nursery gave us the wrong grasses. This was addressed and they were changed out last year under [redacted]'s approval.At this time I believe we have fulfilled our obligations. Please advise if we are wrong.
