Here at Euless B&B Wrecker Service there is not an
objective more important to us than the service that we provide to our customers
and we are fully committed to their absolute satisfaction because ultimately it
is our customers that keep us in businessIn the case of Ms*** it was a
simple matter of miscommunication when she called here asking for an estimate to
tow her vehicleWe gave her a $estimate based on five to eight miles for
the tow but after listening to the recorded phone conversation it is apparent
that Ms*** believed she heard a different amount when she repeated back $
to the call takerEven on the recorded line it was hard to hear her repeat the
estimate back as $and therefore we believe that our call taker couldn’t hear
Ms*** well enough to make out what she said and never corrected her on the
amount because of itIn the end we invited Ms*** to our office and
welcomed her to listen to the phone conversation so we could settle the dispute
She was very pleasant and understanding that we were making an attempt at
reconciling the situationAfter listening to the recorded conversation she was
very surprised to hear that she had initially misheard the call taker over the
phoneShe did agree that on the recording it was very clear that the estimate
given was $and that what she repeated back was unclear to understandIt is
our duty to listen, however, not to bustle through every phone conversation
which does occur sometimes during moments that we are incredibly busyIn an
effort to make Ms*** satisfied with our services, we delivered her vehicle
to her residence for the amount that she thought she was originally quoted which
Review: The Lies: My husband was in a car accident, when the wrecker showed up my husband asked him to tow it to somewhere and the man argued that it wasn't a good place and my husband should have it towed to their body shop. my husband called me and I said no, send it to a different place then, again the man argued! Finally after telling my husband twice they'd tow our car to their body shop for free my husband agreed. Instead of doing that they towed the car to their impound lot! THEN they told us they'd have to charge us MORE to send it to the repair shop! In total I'll be spending over $300 to get my car back from a place that I should have only had to pay a tow for. "Costumer Service": The lady on the phone yelled at me several times, my dad called and spoke to the ONE nice lady there, and when he came in they yelled at him for what she told him.Desired Settlement: I think the only way they could fix this problem is if they: refunded us for the lot fee and towing fee and apologized for the service AND lies.
We are sorry this has been a stressful situation for you and your family. We were called by the Police Department to the accident. Your husband wanted us to take your vehicle to [redacted] Brothers; however, he didn't have the money to pay the driver for us to take it there and we do require payment at the time of drop off. We do not own B&B Auto Body or any Body Shop. We are a towing service and impound lot for the Police Departments. Our driver advised your husband that if you have insurance that they would take care of your vehicle and the charges. Your vehicle was picked up and paid for by the Insurance Company 4 days later for a total of $268.05. We deal with situations like yours every day and understand how stressful the process can be when dealing with the police, towing company, body shop and insurance. Our goal is to assist our customers in dealing with this process and we apologize if this process was not as smooth as it could have been.
