Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was never offered a free replacement this clerk said I would have to pay for a replacementAs far as being polite she was definitely notAfter reading reviews on this store numerous people say the staff is fresh and immature AND RUDEHad I been offered a replacement at no cost I would have accepted itI never said she yelled at the kids, she yelled at meAlso, they DID NOT PUT SOUR GUMMIES IN THEIR SHAKEI OVERSAW WHAT WAS PUT IN! -The fact that [redacted] is accusing our year old employee of cursing and yelling at her grandchildren is unacceptableOur staff informed the management of [redacted] being the one that was swearing at them, telling them to "go to hell" on her way out-We do not have a recipe for our shakes at BberriesOur shakes are derived from ingredients picked by the consumer that we then blend together(The self service aspect of our business) The children's shakes came out sour because they added Sour Gummy Worms to their cupsOur employee warned them that these were sour, but they decided to proceedAfter we were informed that the children did not like their milkshakes, our employee called management to settle the disputeShe was instructed to replace the shakes, free of charge; but could not issue a refund as the ingredients and the yogurt had been thrown away-It really is a shame to see a consumer blow this out of proportion the way [redacted] didOur employee was in tears after this episode, a fiasco over a milkshakeOnce again, she refused a free replacement of the milkshakes when offered and stormed out

Bberries. Our shakes are derived from ingredients picked by the consumer that we then blend together. After reading reviews on this store numerous people say the staff is fresh and immature AND RUDE. Had I been offered a replacement at no cost I would have accepted it. I never said she yelled at the kids, she yelled at me. Also, they DID NOT PUT SOUR GUMMIES IN THEIR SHAKE. I OVERSAW WHAT WAS PUT IN!
