You did attempt to do the work, however, not up to my standards or anyone else in the automotive industries'. You didn't even replace the part that I provided you with.. you just put silicon all over my old flange in the back of the engine to stop the leak, without actually replacing the part. I didn't have any other problems prior to this with my car. The problem is that I still have a leak in my cooling system which may have caused the further damage to the previously mentioned water pump. The price was not in question; I'm never once was saying you over-charged for the job, I'm saying another shop showed me the work you guys did, and it was NOT done correctly, the flange comes with an O-ring that needs to be fit correctly, NO SILICON should have been used! You provide no warranty on labor; even when you guys didn't even do the job correctly? Laughable shop.

There are a lot of used car lots off of HWY 10 - this by far offered me and my family the best deal for a used vehicle. We bought an Audi for our family of four - you can't go wrong with an AWD in Minnesota. The car was clean, well maintained. The management there, I believe it is a family run business, but they were really helpful and friendly. They also seemed to know a lot about the cars they sell. Plus, they offered a really flexible financing option; which is great because my family is on a tight budget. I would definitely stop in here if you are looking on HWY 10 for a used car.

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and will continue to use them as they have always been fair offering prices and repairs below other dealers looking to take me to the cleaners. The first car was a Jeep Cherokee that was in great condition for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately that vehicle was totaled by a storm that blew over a tree on to it. Very upset as I loved that Jeep. When the dealership found out they advised me to purchase the vehicle back from the company and they would find me a replacement Jeep and use the good parts of my other Jeep!!! Great idea as the tires were brand new and engine and tranny both still in good working order. They got me a replacement Jeep from Florida that was rust free in mint condition body with high miles for really cheap knowing if there was issues they could fix it with the good parts we had. It turns out it only need a few minor parts and has been driving great for over a year now. I was able to use my good tires of the other Jeep and feel good knowing at anytime I have any major issues I have the parts to and a great dealership to fairly fix it. The money they saved me is in the 1000's already plus what I will continue to save me. I am very grateful and looking for a car for my wife now.
