B & C Auto Repair

My car wouldnt start, so I called B and C and they had someone come and tow it to their shop. I called them and they told me the car turned on fine and that they test drove it and was running fine. They were not positive what was wrong with it. The only thing he recommended was that I get a tune up. He told me my hood latch was broken and honestly, I know nothing about cars, so I acknowledged him. I went to pick up my car the next day and right away, I noticed my car hood would not shut/latch on. A few days later, I remembered that I had taken pictures of my car as it was being towed!!!! In this picture, the hood was shut. COMPLETLEY shut! Weekend of 3/16, I am driving my car up to Yosemite; It was around 11:00PM. My transmission starts to go out on me. It's not changing gears. Thankfully, my car makes it to the cabin. We were able to also drive my car back to my family's house near Fresno. THANK GOD! My brother in law is VERY good with cars. So as he was looking under the hood, he noticed my dipstick for my transmission fluid was DRY. I became very upset because as you can see, I just got a tune upI just got off the phone with [redacted], who is the owner. I explained I have a picture of my hood as it was being towed showing it was not broken. He was so unbelievably mean, I was crying when I got off the phone with him. His exact words were, "my mechanics didnt break it, so what do you want from me?" He said he didnt care that I had a picture PROVING my hood was not broken. He said that it was broken before and that its just a coincidence that it wont shut after I brought it in. I could tell I wasnt getting anywhere with him. So I just gave up. I also asked him if he filled my transmission fluid and he said YES!! As you read before, my car transmission fluid dipstick was DRY. I have NO leaks. I paid $200 for what??? I did not bring up the dipstick being dry to him because I felt that if he didnt believe me about my hood, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROOF, than he FOR SURE will not believe me about my dipstick.
