Review: on 2/*/13 I enrolled with B & C Career for a job placement opportunity. I physically went to their office located at[redacted]; where I signed an employment agreement. I was told that enrollment fee was $200. I made two separate payments of $100 each on 2/*/13, and 2/*/13. I was verbally told that this would guarantee placement in a LPN position within 72 hours. After numerous phone calls to [redacted] inquiring about my guaranteed position; I was given different individuals to contact for more information. Each person I spoke to gave me phone numbers of nursing homes to call and find out if they were hiring. This in no way was what they promised me in my first meeting on 2/*/13. I repeatedly asked [redacted] for a refund if they had no jobs but he assured me that they would place me. Here it is almost 4 months later and I still have not been placed in a position.Desired Settlement: Refund of enrollment fees

I went to the job placement to apply for a part time job and paid. since then I been getting the run around and I like to get my money back "a refund" because no one help me and do not return my calls.
