Money paid up front. Failed to appear after dozens of phone calls. Does not respond to calls.
Once he returned a call but never showed up.
We asked him to install a cover for an awning and agreed to a price and at a time that he agreed to. He did return and sadly told us that his mother was dying but he would do the work as soon as he could. He showed one day and told us his mother had just passed away and but he would do the work first chance he could. Since he had done good work for us in the past and since he was hurting so badly we chose to pay him $200 to help him with his debts. This was early fall of 2013. We have made dozens of phone calls that have not been returned over the intervening time and only once did he call and told my wife he would be there in a week or so. That was a month ago.
I would still like to have the work done sometime in the very near future or a return of the money.
