B & C Exterminating

On 8/5 I contacted this buisness because I had a nest of yellow jackets under my front door. [redacted] came out and applied a chemical named [redacted] to kill the bee's. Two weeks later I still have bee's. I called him on 8/15 to ask him to honor his 30 day gaurentee, if they were not taken care of he would re-treat again. He basically told me there could be another nest and would have to charge me again. On this night after having to take the threshold bords off my front door (while trying to sell my house) I noticed the original nest is still there and so are the bees. I contacted him on 8/16 and told him I expected him to honor his gaurentee to which I received no phone call back. I already paid his fee of $163.00 and the problem is not solved, I will have to now call someone else, pay another fee to have this issue resolved. I will never use this buisness again and will let everyone know of my experience.
