Mr. Plumber located at 1787 Wiliams Drive, Marietta, GA 30066 performed a service of installing a new water line in my basement c/o HOA. 2 Plumbers started the drilling in the cement walls and cutting the pipes. I suddenly heard an agressive spray of water invading my basement. One of the Plumbers ran upstairs and outside shouting for the plumbers working on other homes to "Turn Off The Water". I waited anxiously for 2- 3 min. for the water to be turned off. The Plumbers ran in my home with paper towels and I immediately followed them downstairs and started taking photos and video of the diaster. A specialist came to speak with me and gave me a number to reach his supervisor. The supervisor transferred me to [redacted] the VP of Operations and he was angry, shouted at me with an interest to itimadate me. I asked for his certificate of insurance and he became even more irate. Water damage, Mold, detroyed property,etc is the result! No word about restoring my basement.
