I bought a Morkie from B & C Kennels last summerHe is coming up on his first birthday and is an absolute doll! He is extremely healthyThe veterinarian was even impressed by his excellent healthHis temperament is just phenomenalHe is super friendly and extremely affectionate The entire process was greatKristine allowed me to sit with the puppies and interact and watch them playWe talked about my needs in a dog since I have health concernsShe was very knowledgeable about the breed traits that would match my needs the most, and she was honest about the ones that would not work well for me The shop is really cute and well keptI really like that you can see her other dogs playing in her yard- it gives you confidence that this is not a puppy millI spent quite a while thereI did not feel rushed at allShe had several areas where other customers could also come and interact with puppies separatelyShe allowed me to take as much time as I wanted to observe and interact with the puppies, which allowed me to be certain that this was going to be the right fit The right fit it is! Since the very beginning, my little guy and I have been going to trainingMy little guy is so in tune to me and my needs that he has learned to alert me when I am having an asthma attack, even before I know that I'm starting to have oneHe also wakes me up at night by licking me when I have asthma issues, allowing me to catch them at the onset, rather than having to respond to them after the fact, once it has gotten significant enough for me to noticeThis little guy is not just a new best friend, he is a guardian of my healthI love him to pieces!

To anyone interested: B&C kennels states in their ads in the Rockford paper that they have local breeders We bought a Yorkie puppy in December I really should have asked questions and done homework before we bought About months ago I received a form for Continental Kennel Club It showed our dog came from Morris Chapel, TN Look up the name Angela *** on the internet I found it very interesting I am happy with our Yorkie I only wish I would have checked a little further before buying

We are not sure where Mr*** is getting his information, but his allegations are completely false. At the time Mr*** took his pups home in 2015 we had no sign that parvo had been introduced as he stated. Once it became known, I called them to let them know it was possible their pup was sick and to take it to our vet and I would cover all vet bills. Unfortunately, the pup did not make it. We were heartsick as well. We paid 100% of the vet bills and refunded them the price of the pup. We self quarantined and the state also quarantined us. We had to pass an inspection in order to re-open. We have not had an incidence since that time.They must have thought we treated them fairly as they came back in November, 2017. Our contract clearly states we do not cover vet bills. We asked them to bring the pup back to us to be treated by our vet at our cost; they declined

We got our Westie puppy from B & C Kennel and we love herChristie and Michelle were very helpful with answering our questions, and they gave us lots of good adviceI would recommend them if you are looking for your next puppy

My pup is five months old now and has the best temperament I have ever seen. He is confident, loving, outgoing, smart, and has more energy than the space shuttle.Further, he is healthy and just a happy guy. I couldn't be more pleased.

Tell us why here...Mr. [redacted] did purchase two pups from us in 2015.  Unfortunately, one of them did contract parvo and perished.  We took care of the pup and all expenses.  Although, we have all the correct protocol in place, some pups immunities are not as strong as others.  We...

have not had an incident since that time.  He obviously felt comfortable enough with us to recommend his daughter come to purchase another pup in November, 2017.    Our contract for this pup is with his daughter not the person filing this complaint.  The pup never coughed while here in our kennel.  Coughs can be picked up in a myriad of ways.  They waited 6 days to get that pup to the ER after the first office visit which said “possible kennel cough”.  Six days of watching a puppy decline is unacceptable.  We were not made aware of any issues until they were sitting at the ER. We asked them to get the pup back to us and we would care for the pup and take him to our vet.  They declined.  The Emergency Room notes clearly state that the pup had pneumonia secondary to aspiration.  The pup could have vomited anytime from the time it left us to the diagnosis.  This is not something we are responsible for.  The vet also mentioned they gave the puppy steak and the pup vomited steak while being treated.Mr. [redacted] was very unprofessional in calling, screaming, threatening and demanding we pay all of his vet bills which our contract clearly states is not covered.    The puppy “lemon law” does not apply in this case.The good news is the pup has recovered.

I'm very happy with my new puppy from B & C Kennels. The kennel was clean and smelled clean. My poodle puppy is very playful and appears well cared for. I really like the fact that the dogs are already micro chipped.
