Please find the attached documentation in response to [redacted] complaints:In response to [redacted] 's complaint that he "did not know at the time of bidding that he would have to go and pickup his items and that he did not know there was not shipping or shuttle service offered." Please see the following attachments: ABidding Terms Customers Must Agree to before Participating in an auction, which clearly states that items must be picked up by the customer within the allotted time frame and no refunds will be given if customer fails to comply with the terms BThe "Screenshots of [redacted] " shows that it clearly states that Shuttle & Shipping Service were not offered for this auction, so this should not have been a surprise to [redacted] C.The attached copy of " [redacted] 's Invoice" again states the pickup terms, so for [redacted] d to state that he had no idea he had to pickup his items when he placed the bids is difficult to understand because we post the terms and conditions in several areas and he also received an email stating these terms and conditions again.2.In response to [redacted] 's complaint that we would not give him the Seller's contact information so he could contact them directly: He is correct Of course we do not give out our Client's personal phone numbers to any of our bidders or buyers That would be a breach of contract with our clients We have several hundred customers participating in every auction and we would never share our client's contact information with any of them There is no need to In regards to his accusation that [redacted] s is a "fake" company, it should be noted that the Names the we use to identify our auctions are often times not the Legal Names of the Companies that we are working for In addition, a Seller may rent space in a public warehouse for an auction, so there is not a legal business name attached to that warehouse space that is being rented for an auction, which explains why [redacted] could not find a place called " [redacted] ," when he began calling phone numbers near the rented warehouse space where the auction was conducted To further explain, For example, often times, major corporations do not want it announced that they are liquidating assets, so for those legal reasons, we are restricted by contract not to refrain from using their legal name in any advertising For example: we are currently selling a Boat and RV for a dissolved company and the name of the auction on our website is "Boat & RV Auction," of course there is not a business called "Boat and RV auction." Lastly, please see the attachment that shows we did in fact refund the full amount of [redacted] 's purchase, even though, our terms clearly state that when you do not pickup your items within the posted time frame, the items are considered abandoned without refund.I hope that these explanations and supporting documentations clearly show that we conducted ourselves in a professional manner, communicated clearly the terms and conditions of this auction to Mr [redacted] & show that we went above and beyond by issuing a refund to [redacted] , even though our terms clearly state a refund would not be given for items abandoned Please contact us directly at [redacted] should you have any questions or would like clarification on any of the items above Thank you!

x Good afternoon,I'm responding the letter received from your office, dated Friday, September 9thUnfortunately, we just received this letter today, as the mailing address was incorrectWe have moved to a new location, and the mail forwarding delays
our receipt of mailMy apologies for not responding within the days, as requested per your letter.I'm responding to the complaint left by *** E ***.I have copied the email communications for you belowWe alsospoke to him on the phone different times, but ended our communications with him when he began threatening my staff. His accusations are not completely accurate, and I will address them in orderThis is the 5th time he has made auction purchases with usHis statement that "we never had the product that he purchased," is simply untrueThe auction that he is speaking of did contain new items in the box, however, our posted Terms stated that buyers should come to the Public Inspection to personally inspect the items before purchasing, as this particular auction was being conducted by a Seller, simply using our bidding platformWe, BCL Auction, did not personally view any of the items, nor did we type the descriptions and it was clearly stated to our customers that everything was sold "as is and where is without warranty or representation."However, in stating all of this, we still issued a refund to him for the item that he wasn't satisfied withOn his most recent purchase, that resulted in his letter to you, the Attorney General and the bad review on Google, it was completely our fault, human error, resulting in us mistakenly giving the following item to the wrong customer:4'L X 30"W X 29"H STAINLESS TOP 2-LEGGED TABLEADDITIONAL INFORMATION:(LEGS ARE DETACHED)SIZE:4'L X 30"W X 29"HQTY:1He purchases a $Stainless Steel table that was 4'x30"x29" and my staff, in error, gave this table to another buyer, instead of the 36"x30"x29" table that the customer purchasedTherefore, when MrR came to pickup his items, we then realized our mistake, so the table left for him was 12" shorter than the one he purchasedWe immediately apologized, issued a refund and contacted the other buyer who had his table to see if we could get itUnfortunately, the other buyer never returned our callAs stated and as you will see below, we apologized multiple times, we had managers call MrR, sent emails and he was still not satisfiedOnce he began his threats to us, we ended our communication with himHe kept demanding that our owner call him personallyAt the time, our owner was on the west coast, and our managers were in charge of operations. We work very hard to make sure that our customers receive the very best service and great products at greatly reduced pricesWe have over 22,buyers and have been in business for more than yearsUnfortunately, as most business owners know, you can't please everyone, even though we strive every day for thatIt was very disheartening to us when MrR immediately began his threats with us, stating everyone he was going to contact with his complaintWe knew at that moment, that there would be nothing we could do to make him happyAgain, please note that we admitted our mistake, apologized profusely and immediately issued a refund to him for the item.We have built our company on integrity and honesty and to receive an accusation such as his, is simply dishearteningWe spoke to him in person, multiple times on the phone followed up by a few emails from management, and he still wasn't satisfied..1844.00Below are a few of the emails that went back and forth:Sep (days ago)tomeHow hard is a phone call...some compensation should be considered and no one has reached out to me***'s accusations today of threats was really over the topThe Revdex.com complaint has been filedA message to the AG has been left and I expect a call from them tomorrowYou can read my google review tomorrow as wellJust a simple phone callYour email suggest you have made an effortNot true.Sent from my iPadOn Sep 7, 2016, at 6:PM, *** *** wrote:***,I'm sorry that we have not satisfied youWe have apologized and both *** and I have communicated with you, as well as my Administrative Assistant, via email and phone conversationsI've instructed my staff to assist you, and they haveI'm not sure how this has not satisfied youWe work very hard to make sure our customers receive their product, and unfortunately, a human error was made and the incorrect sized table was given to the wrong customerTo resolve this for you, we have issued a refund to you & reached out to the person who we believe has the sized table that you purchased, in the event we can get it backHowever, that is all we can do, sirYou have not been charged for the item that you did not receive.*** ***Commercial & Industrial SpecialistsAuctions, Appraisals& Asset times to try and resolve my concernsToday when I called *** she accused me of making threatsI guess side stepping the issue by falsely accusing your customers, justifies your organizations refusal to address a problemI never had any intentions of doing anything but trying to come to a fair resolutionUnfortunately I am very disappointed in what has happened todayI will file a complaint with the Revdex.com, the attorney general, and post a google review sharing my experiences with your companyMy decision to do this only happened because of your refusal to call and more so based on ***'s poor effort to deflect any responsibility by suggesting that I some how was threatening.*** P: ***F: ***Commercial & Industrial SpecialistsAuctions, Appraisals & Asset ManagementView BCL Auctions &
