I have never in my life experienced a "move" such as this. My friend is storing approximately a 10' X 10' amount of furniture in our garage. Based on a recommendation by "[redacted]" of [redacted]'s [redacted] of [redacted] my friend contracted with this company for $95 an hour to wrap, load, unwrap and unload. It took nearly 2.75 hours to preform first part of the task.

The antiquated man operating the truck should have his CDL driver's license revoked. He nearly wiped out our mailbox and flowers planted around it. It took two young men directing him to finally park the truck. The young men, although they reaked of cigarette smoke, were very polite. The old man was rude and overbearing from the time they arrived until they left. When the old woman got out of the vehicle she demanded $415.00 CASH. I explained I would be glad to write her a check. She said we contracted for CASH. I have never had any company demand CASH before unloading the truck. I said fine, I'll go to the bank and get your cash. She said they would be back later they were going to get lunch.

I was so disgruntled with these individuals at this point I called my friend and told her what had transpired. I told her if they were not back within the hour I was contacting Volusia County Sheriff. Fortunately, they were back within the hour. Based upon what I have heard from television consumer news companies like this are known to hold furniture hostage.

I acknowledge the furniture was well wrapped and the young men were careful unloading and packing it in our garage. It took them at least another 1.5 hours to unwrap and unload. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
