I have never in my life experienced a "move" such as thisMy friend is storing approximately a 10' X 10' amount of furniture in our garageBased on a recommendation by " [redacted] " of [redacted] ***'s [redacted] of [redacted] my friend contracted with this company for $an hour to wrap, load, unwrap and unloadIt took nearly hours to preform first part of the task The antiquated man operating the truck should have his CDL driver's license revokedHe nearly wiped out our mailbox and flowers planted around itIt took two young men directing him to finally park the truckThe young men, although they reaked of cigarette smoke, were very politeThe old man was rude and overbearing from the time they arrived until they leftWhen the old woman got out of the vehicle she demanded $CASHI explained I would be glad to write her a checkShe said we contracted for CASHI have never had any company demand CASH before unloading the truckI said fine, I'll go to the bank and get your cashShe said they would be back later they were going to get lunch I was so disgruntled with these individuals at this point I called my friend and told her what had transpiredI told her if they were not back within the hour I was contacting Volusia County SheriffFortunately, they were back within the hourBased upon what I have heard from television consumer news companies like this are known to hold furniture hostage I acknowledge the furniture was well wrapped and the young men were careful unloading and packing it in our garageIt took them at least another hours to unwrap and unloadI would not recommend this company to anyone
