Review: I sent a helmet to this company to receive two authenticated autographs to be added to the helmet in April of 2015. I did receive the helmet back as paid for with the signatures, although the authentication or guarantee of authentication as paid for was not included. I have contacted this company monthly by phone since receiving the helmet, continually receiving a verbal communication that they would get the helmet authenticated and pay for shipping both ways as well as the authentication with [redacted] as paid for last April. My last conversation was a month ago when the manager told me that he would make it right as promised and email the postage documentation so that I could ship the helmet and he would have it authenticated with [redacted] per my original purchase. He told me via email and via phone that the error was on their end. This would cost them to correct but they would make it right. Of course I have still not received anything from them to date. I called yesterday only to be told once again that they would contact me.Desired Settlement: I request a full refund for the autographs as since they are not authenticated they are of no value. This being the original payment of $120. The refund would be intern used to send the helmet to [redacted] for authentication as each signature will cost 50$ to be authenticated. I also need the information as to where and when B&C had the helmet autographed to allow [redacted] to complete the authentication.
