We returned the shoes to Albert's to have them look at the shoes to determined what could be done. Albert's placed a call to the consumer and explained to her that anytime you stretch a shoe there is always possibility of damage to the shoe, but that in looking at her shoes there was little to no visible damage to her shoes.
