B-Clean Home & Corporate Cleaning

Owner of this company, [redacted], solicited us to purchase a package cleaning deal for $150.00 for three cleanings. He performed one cleaning (poorly) and then continuously failed to show up for the follow-up appointments. At first he offered bogus excuses, but then he stopped responding to inquiries as to why he didn't show up all together. After reviewing other online reviews/complaints (yelp, yellow pages.com, etc.) it is clear that this is a pattern and practice for him and I believe it ot be a scheme. Upon contacting him, he claimed he is in a bankruptcy (which the federal court system, Pacer, shows is a lie) and cannot refund the money.
