B COOL AIR

Review: b-cool air was sent out by our home warranty company to fix a problem with our air conditioning on 1/6/14, which wasn't cooling properly. while tech was here he said evap coils were really dirty and that was probably our issue. this was not covered by our home warranty contract so we paid the tech an additional 150.00 to clean these coils. on 4/25/14 we noticed air conditioner was putting out warm air, so we contacted our home warranty company again. on 4/29/14 we had another company come out to house and coils were so dirty, tech said it looked like they had never been cleaned. it was so dirty and clogged up that it had burn't wires leading out from evap coils. I feel we were taken advantage of and would like my 150.00 returned.

l am responding to complaint from a [redacted].As you can see from dates from customer it was over 4 months since I was there IIThere was no filter in system also. Coils were in fact cleaned, that's one of the reasons Ino longer have employees, I don't have to worry about there work eeL I have been theonly person working on ale for over 5 years. No invoices have been provided fromcustomer from b-cool or other company. In short no refund as coils were cleaned, whathappened in next 4 months, who knows. Not my problem. Complaint is based on hearsayat best. I see all kinds of things people and ale companys say. NO REFUND, PERIOD !There is no need to send me any more info on this matter. As it is closed. Revdex.com isnothing more than a private company with no authority over any business trying to make $off of businesses. I normally wouldn't even bother to respond but, people like this needto understand I will not be taken advantage of Furthermore I will refuse any work infuture for this customer.

The response from B cool air was a lie. There was and had ALWAYS been a filter in this unit. Paul saw it in place when he serviced it. From picture we saw from ac company this past month the coils were filthy. They DID NOT get that dirty over 4 months if they had been cleaned well by B cool air in January. As to b cool airs response to not ever servicing our ac again. I wouldn't let them. Also we are thankful for the Revdex.com for protecting us consumers.
