This company damaged my item that they were responsible for during shipping. They admitted they damaged the item and stated they would pay for it.
The company damaged my item and has failed to provide their insurance information nor reimbursement for the damage they caused during shipping. Further they failed to deliver on numerous occasions as scheduled.
Due to the damage the estimated devaluation of the item is now $*** less than what I paid. I want to be reimbursed the $*** in damages that this company caused in shipping.
This customer is not telling the truth. We did not damage any piece. The pieces were picked up as delivered and we have pictures at the pickup and the delivery. This customer is insane and started calling us and threatening to call the cops because we didn't deliver as quickly as she wanted us to. Our standard delivery times for this type or order are 14-20 business days and we delivered in 12 business days to get her to stop harrassing us. When we delivered her order, she said it was damaged, bu it was picked up that way and we have images to prove it. We also told her that if she wanted to file a claim, we would do so with our insurance, but she would not be able to keep the order. She refused and said that she wanted to keep the piece and she wanted us to pay for damages that never happened. This customer is never going to be satisfied. She can't keep the order and file an insurance claim. We told her that. I am happy to pick the order up, file a claim with our insurance and refund her for every penny that our insurance agent deems appropriate, but she will not work with us.
I am very unsatisfied with the response. THE company has refused to provide me with their insurance information and have refused to pay for the damage to the items. Please reopen this case.
This was resolved and *** was compensated over $5,000. I have attached the agreement that she signed.
