GGraphics, Inchas a habit of contacting us only by phoneI had submitted an e-mail complaint on 12/08/(see attached), where I submitted a photo of the defective product as wellAt that time, we had decided to not continue our relationship with this vendor, as there was never any acknowledgement that the complaint was received/addressedWhen they finally phoned, they claimed they had never received the complaintI stated I had no wish to do business with them anymoreThe harassing calls have continued since that incident in We just received ANOTHER call this morning, which I have documented and saved - even with the request for no further calls and a submission/knowledge of complaint to the Revdex.comNow they're just really overstepping into downright harassment.In short, WE DO NOT WANT TO BE SOLICITED BY THEM, WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEMPLEASE STOP
