Please do not use this company!!! The owner told me they were professionals, but I saw otherwise. The job was to remodel my (small) bathroom with ceramic title. The owner’s son began to lay the tile correctly, but once half the room was complete, the titles did not line up. When I brought this to William’s attention (the owner), he told me grout could fix the little imperfection. At least 4 rolls of title needed to be replaced, and I don’t have enough time to list all the other problems in the room. I asked him to fix the problems and lets continue with the remodel, but he refused to fix it because he didn’t have enough money to buy more supplies and pay his employees. I refused to give him any more money, so the contract was broken. I am out of $500 (money given to him to start the remodel) and I still do not have my bathroom fixed. Whatever you do…..Please do not use this company!!!!!
