I will wait? for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved ? Further to our correspondence of 14th Septand your further reply to me on 24th Sept, I do not need you to proceed further with my complaint.? I have? received a response via Tripadvisor from the Management.? It was not entirely satisfactory but I will not be taking things any further.? I still feel that they are not listening carefully to some of the complaints as they are repeated quite often.? Sadly they will lose business because of this.Thank you for your assistance.? ? We have contacted [redacted] three times in the past week due to the roof leaking - the leak is at the ceiling vent in the living room as well as to the ceiling downstairs. He has not had the courtesy to call back. The contract for a new metal roof was September 28, 2010 and states that there is a three year warranty on workmanship. We have over a year left on the warranty. He was told at the time of construction that special attention would be needed around the fireplace. He guaranteed that we would not have a problem with the roof leaking. We previously contacted him a couple of months ago due to a leak (water was running down the sides of the fireplace) - after three phone calls someone came and supposedly put caulking around the fireplace which appeared to clear up the problem at that time.
