Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The bank shows documentation that my payment has been consistently lateMy issue with this is that since the alleged missed payment, every payment after that would obviously show up as late due to the fact that I was unaware that there was a payment missingSo, a payment that I made early in the month for November thinking I was making the payment on time or early actually would show as a late payment from the past month to the bankThis went on for YEARs because I received no notice that there was a payment missingThat right there is my issue with this whole messI continued making payments each month unaware that they were being considered late due to a missing payment in the past and ended up wracking up about $in late feesMy complaint is, had I been aware of the missing payment via statement or notified by anyone at the bank any time in the past years, I would have been able to figure out what happened and fix it before all those late fees added upI have a loan with another bank that was part of my bankruptcy too and they have never stopped sending me statements and I have never had these issues with themWesbanco is the only one who stopped sending monthly statementsAs to setting up automatic payments again, I don't feel confident doing that because that's what started this whole messI would rather make a trip to the bank and get a receipt from now onI have looked into signing a letter re- affirming my mortgage but, was told it was too late because my bankruptcy was final on I will look back into this Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not agree with the response from WesbancoTo say that I have a history of late payments is a complete lieI am looking at the payment history that they sent me and most all of my payments are made around the to and my payment due date is the 28thAlso, if I am continually late why are no late fees showing up each month in that column? As for the archived records, I was not referring to Wesbanco recordsI was referring to my PNC bank records because that is where my checks come from and in order for me to prove that a payment was made, I have to request archived records from them and they charge a fee for each page.I also have concerns that my payments are not being applied correctly and just had an incident with this in AugustI went in to the local Wesbanco to try to take care of this mess on 8/I had $and made mortgage payments and requested that the remaining $be applied to the late feesThis should have taken care of the supposed missed payment as well as the scheduled August paymentThe teller seemed to understand and I have receipts that show that it was done correctly but, somewhere between the teller and where ever it goes from there, it got screwed upI went back to the bank on 8/to pay more on the late fees and was told that no late fees were showing but, my August payment was still showing as dueI showed them my receipts and after researching it, they found that only one mortgage payment was applied and the rest of the money had been applied to late fees and principle balanceIf I had not stopped in that day, I would never have known about this mistake and my August payment would have shown as missed! Luckily since I had my receipts they were able to verify what happened, it got fixed before it could cause any more problemsBut, now, I don't trust WesbancoHow do I know this isn't what happened with the supposed missed payment in question or that it won't happen again?
