Unsatisfactory Customer Service as well as poor service in general We were referred to B+D Heating and Air because of our Home Warranty CompanyWe have on multiple occasions had difficulty scheduling service callsAfter several different service calls, each requiring a fee, plus freon charges on each they have STILL NOT FIXED the problemThat is issue number Issue Number is that the customer service is absolutely TERRIBLEThey are rude and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there was no one else in the buildingThey have caused us lost wages (time off of work each time they come--they made my husband wait for hours yesterday 4/5/and the technician didnt even have freon on the truck and so he was unable to fix the unit! We have come out of pocket about $1,and they still have YET to fix our problem

Contractor never fulfilled obligations under a warranty contract, tried to collect a fee, no communication at all that they weren't completing job
Company left a job 1/done They diagnosed the wrong problem the first time they "fixed" the HVAC leakThey replaced parts that weren't the problem, then when the leak returned, they refused to do the work to fix it and failed to communicate that they weren't going to return to the jobCompletely incompetent as a HVAC contractor
