We completed our full service and treatment for bed bugs. First the customer complained we unplugged her son's refrigerator. We refunded $300.00 to replace the food because we had no proof that actually happened but wanted to make the customer happy. Then 3 months after the treatment she said we...

stained her son's headboard. We sent 2 different technicians out to inspect and nonstaining was found. It's not possible for our products to stain, because they are water based not oil based. Unfortunately, the customer is trying to get more money out of us months later to get her service almost completely free.

I have made several responses. I have already given her credit for something else she claims happened. She is just trying to get money out of our business. I have uploaded all the labels and Msds sheets of the product used with chemical properties. B & D Solutions install gutter shields last year and after 2015 winters, gutter shields flew off . Email to company about the problems and twice said he would fix the problem and email me he would schedule me in [redacted] week of May 2015, As of today I have not receive contact.
