[redacted]. Mr. C[redacted] was a sub contractor hired by us to remove the old boiler and put in place the new boiler to be installed by us. The boiler was also damaged and repaired by us. It was our understanding that all repair work was resolved by Mr. C[redacted]. We will contact him for an update.

Review: The contractor B & D Heating was hired on June 2015 to install a Weil Mclain boiler. On June **, 2016 B & D heating sent David C[redacted] and one other individual to install said boiler. These two individuals had problems bringing in the boiler into my home due to it's weight. Regardless of their struggles with this heavy machinery, they dragged this boiler from the front entrance of my home to approximately 35 - 40 feet to the basement entrance of my home. During this process these two individuals cracked practically all the ceramic tiles in the entrance of my home, the ceramic tiles in front of my basement entrance, made a hole on my basement door, severely scratched all the wooded flooring in my living room as well as my dining room. I have spoken in 3 separate occasions to the agency who recommended this contractor as well as to the owner of B & D Heating Mr. William M[redacted] and still nothing has been done to repair the damages caused due to their negligence.Desired Settlement: I have told the owner Mr. M[redacted] that I would like my flooring repaired. If he cannot have it repaired then I want $5000.00 to compensate me for all the damages.
