I am writing this review since I see all these complaints. I have to say, they did ask me to write an overall review of my experience with them and I felt that considering the service I received I needed to write about my experience. First, they did advise me that they were with B&D at the initial call. They ran my credit information and then somene else called again to confirm I was ok with my contract terms and months and the monthly payment. They installed my alarm and I received proper training. Then a company called [redacted] called me again to conduct an interview to make sure again that I was ok wiht my service, and agreed again to the contract agreement terms. By this time, I was a little fustrated wiht all the calls, but reading all these negative experiences, and some that state they were not aware it was something other than B&D, how could you not know it was any other company other than B&D.
Anyhow, my service has been great, my alarm did go off and I received a false alarm bill, which they kindly helped me pay, because I was not aware I could cancel the alarm/police dispatch by simply answering my phone call when the office was calling to verify the alarm service. Other than this, I am very happy with my service. yes, I know they helped you and this is why you are writing this, YES, because when companies help us we don't write about it, but the minute someone goes wrong we tell everyone about it. Let's be fair, if you enter into a contract you are an adult and know what you are signing.
