Ive only had my car a month and it breaks downs. They have had my car a week to fix it and they are not able to. Ive already made a payment on it.Desired SettlementI want my $100 and the $200 payment back.Business Response When the customer brought the car in for repair, we gave her another car to drive while our mechanic fixed hers. Our mechanic wasn't able to fix it, so we sent it to an outside repair shop to see if it is able to be fixed. We don't know the status of the car yet. Even though the car was sold "as is", we are still furnishing the customer with a car to drive and fixing hers, which we don"t have to do. The customer has never been without a car to drive.
