This company sold a job with a one year warranty. I called this company to come out to meet me and to add some additional wall tacs to the new interior wall and to show me how to check my new sump pump. I called the office *** to set up an appointment and was told by the office staff my work was under a warranty. They office staff said they would be glad to come out free of charge and meet me. I was told that they would call me when they were on the way so I could meet them at my home. I waited several hours no one called me and no employee ever showed up to meet me for my warranty and to look over mybasement with me. The company was very eager to sell me their service but they are not honoring their warranty or agreement at this time. There are cracks in the new cement around the entire perimeter of the walls, the new interior walls need more tacs or snaps. The company left cement on the new wall interior and did not clean up the mess they made.I returned from working out of state paid the company all full but they are not honoring the sales and warranty they said they would provide to me. I just receieved a bill from this company although my basement is under warranty and the office staff was very noce but the salemen is not wanting to honor the warranty and provide additional snaps and show me my new product. At this time high would never reccomend this company to anyone until thye provide better cutomer service. The office staff was nice but apparently theere is a lack of communication to the field employees and to the salesmen.

The above screenshots are text messages between *** and myself ***.
*** left me a voicemail over the holiday vacation and I responded to her as soon as I received the message. I explained to her that the problem she is seeing appears to be the result of a sewer backup. She had other concerns about concrete cracking and extra rivots on the wall. I explained to her the hairline cracking was normal and cosmetic only. I let her know we could send someone back out to talk to her but if there was no failure of the system, there would be a service charge. *** decided that we should come back and inspect a job that was installed nearly a year ago because she was confident our system was failing despite our conversation. She called the office and our staff set up an immediate appointment for one of our service techs to go out and inspect the system.
She had contacted me on Friday December 27th with her concerns. I responded to her same day and continued to respond to her throughout that weekend. Our service tech was set to go out on Friday January 3rd with an arrival time of, I believe, between 8-8:30 am. According to our service technician, he arrived at the home at approximately 8:10 am and was greeted by a renter of the property. He explained who he was and was let in by the renter to inspect the system. He was at the home approximately 15-20 minutes testing the sump pump and making sure the system was operational. He found the sump operating as it should and the the debris around the sump appeared to be sewer water and have debris in it as well as having a “sewer type smell.”
The cracking concrete was normal and only cosmetic. He checked the walls to see if they needed more rivots as *** asked. It was his opinion that more rivots would actually make the wall panels bunch up and look poor. He said the panels were only “wavy” because of the offset condition of her walls and the installation of more rivots would have made it worse and potentially cause it to functionally fail. After concluding his inspection, he left. *** never showed up despite him being there during their scheduled time. *** then called the office complaining that he didn’t do his job. I was asked to call and explain to *** what was found. I tried to explain to *** what he found but we were disconnected. I called her back and again tried to explain the system and inspection. She insisted on speaking to an owner of the business and wouldn’t listen to anything that was being said to her. From that point, I attempted to text her, as shown above, in an attempt to help her but she again refused to listen and resorted to attacking the character of our service technician as well as calling me names.

We have done nothing but attempt to help *** and she has discovered that her problem was indeed a sewer issue. We are certainly willing to stand behind any warranties that our company offers but cleaning off walls, from a job installed nearly a year ago, in a home that is rented out to random people, with no evidence that the wall mess is from our job. The first picture in the above thread was from the day the job was installed where she asked about 1 spot on the wall. As you can see, our guys cleaned it and she was happy. There was no mention of other issues that day or any day for the last 10 months.
I believe *** was upset at the thought of her basement leaking, which I would be too. When she discovered that it wasn’t our fault, she decided to blame us for other things that haven’t been a problem for a year.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this so please see my attachemnts. Ring Videos have been provided.

I hired this business to install a window well for us. We have $650 deposit on April 8, 21019 and it was cashed. We tried to get them to come do the job but when I call the office I am told that the person we paid has been on vacation for 4 weeks. I was told that they will not be able to get anyone out to us until October and we have a leaking basement.

We are sorry that the *** are unsatisfied with their the scheduling matter regarding a window well they ordered from *** to install. *** scheduled the job for June 12th, and *** canceled and asked to be rescheduled. *** gave the *** a new schedule date of July 3rd. Again the *** desired to cancel and rescheduled and asked to have his appointment pushed back. So we scheduled another appointment for the installation for October 17th. Since he has created this complaint and this is really disappointing. *** has been in constant contact with them in an attempt to get their window well installed. We are demanding this complaint be dismissed and removed as it has zero validity with any issues or performance from ***.

The business did not show to complete the work.

Good Morning to Whom This May Concern

This is the 3rd attempt on this claim pertaining to a window well correction installation. We have been in contact numerous times with the customer, have had several schedule dates all ending with the customer needing to reschedule not us as a company. This case needs to be closed and finalized. If the customer would like to have their window well correction installed please have them call our office ***. We have lost money and have experienced downtime due to the customer rescheduling issues and so a deposit return is not justified.

I contact B Dry in Highland Il and got an estimate on 4/26. I called Mark Cooper the sales person on 5/7 and told him I was interested and he said he was not near his computer and would give me a call back to give me financing options. he never called me back that evening so I called him on 5/8 and he did not answer so I left a message. it is now 5/10 still no call back.
I am appalled that I was wanting to purchase their system and have them do the work but couldn't get a response. I will spend my money else where. VERY poor customer service!
If you can not trust a business to call you back I can only imagine what kind of sub standard work they would have done.
