B-Dry System-Cleveland

Existing kitchen sewer drain was either broken by B-Dry during product installation or previously broken. B-Dry failed to notify customer of this issue and proceded to pour concrete to hide this problem. (Thus allowing sewer gases to cross into B-Dry system and into my home.) I have contacted B-dry in person and by telephone. They claim they are not responsible for this problem. I feel that they were neglegent in their actions and it is unacceptle to pour concrete over and hide plumbing violations. I have a baby in my home and any amount of sewer gas in my home is unsafe.
