To Whom it may concern, We are sorry to hear of this customers dissatisfaction with our store and servicesWe do our best to make sure every customer the best customer service we can provideOn 9/6/we arrived at the residence of this customerAfter the customer completed the buy evaluation
work sheet we completed the inspection service that she had paid forAt that time we explained to the customer they had three optionsThe first was for them to sell the item to us in which they would receive a check that they could either pick up at the store, or we could put it in the mailThe second was they could trade it in for store credit, or the third was they could consign it, and they would have a check waiting for them once the item soldThey chose the checkWe asked if they would want to pick the check up at the store and they requested that we put the check in the mailI explained to the customer that the check would go out today if our mail has not already been picked upIf it has been picked up it would go out the following dayThe check was written with the address the customer gave us on the buy evaluation worksheet they completed. On Friday night approximately 6:30 the customer called yelling that threatening to call the Revdex.com if she didn't receive the check by SundayWe apologized for the inconvenience and explained that the check went out on Wednesday. Saturday night approximately 6pm the customer called again yelling at my employeesAt this time we discovered that the check was sent to *** *** ***, and the correct address was *** *** ***Unfortunately we sent the check to the address given to us by the customerWe explained to the customer that we would need to wait for the check to be returned in order to reissue or have it ready for it to be picked upThe customer hung up before we could determine which direction they wanted to goWe received the first call Friday night, and This complaint Monday morning

I am rejecting this response because: there is still no rectification here. I have not received the check. Period. It is lost in the infinite US postal service. As for my calls to the employees, I was placed on hold, and left there. When I called back, I was hung up on. The third time I requested that they cancel the check and re-issue one. It could take months (if ever) for the USPS to return a check that was mailed to the wrong address. That was an error on their part, that they should take responsibility for and own it! Not tell the customer that he/she is wrong for an error THEY made. They are unprofessional and rude, and still blaming me, the consumer for their error. I STILL don't have the check.
