I received this complaint, the office didn't get a call about her ac not cooling, we didn't find out about this until we got this letter, but we got the issue fixed once we found out about itWe let the resident know that we didn't know about her ac and to call the office if you have any issues regarding your apartment

We do apologize about the misunderstanding but we truly were not aware. The only work order that we received from you was for your dishwasherEven when myself and my assistant visited your home we were never made aware of this issue. Good afternoon,This complaint was unfortunately referring previous staff that is no longer hereI am the new property manager along with my new assistant and we do our best to show the residents our appreciation and we are trying hard to improve our property! We had no idea of any issues that
weren't fixed, as we have not received any phone calls, emails, or work orders from this resident since we startedI have reached out to the resident through email just to check in and make sure we can address everything in a timely mannerMy email stated "Good afternoon *** and ***!We received a phone call from the Revdex.com about a complaint filed and it was actually my first day on the job when you filed, so I hope that our new staff has exceeded your expectations! We did see that you said there were some issues you needed fixedIf you don't mind sending me an email with what issues, I can get them put in and handledOur maintenance is definitely great at completing work orders ASAP and following up! I did receive the complaint, We are new in the office so we didn't know he that he wasn't being charged a monthly pet fee. So he came into the office upset and yelling, I told him I would research it and get back to him. I looked in his file and he doesn't have one, and it was automatically putting...

a pet fee on his account, so I removed it and told him I removed it for him.
