Review: I asked Eric to send me a description of the job he had done because my compressor stopped working a few days after he worked on it. The conversation ended with he hanging up on me and not receiving the description of services. Also, a national company checked the condenser afterwards and noted on their description of service, possible wrong refrigerant in the condenser. The technician told me it was the wrong refrigerant when he checked the levels. It makes me think Eric was leading me to buy another hvac system from him. The prior technician who worked on it a few days before wrote the description including what type of refrigerant that was put into the system, which was the correct type.Desired Settlement: Since I don't have a description of services after requesting one, it makes me believe Eric was not honest with his services. As a result, I want a description of services. And I was assistance in determining if it was the reason my condenser stopped working. I ended up having to buy a new heating and cooling system, which I believe he was trying to get me to buy from him.
