Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I believe they should have informed me of the cost of the service--that I would be paying for the SNAKE'S labor as well as THEIR labor I feel that I was charged twice, and I am due a minimum refund of $125.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Nearly every comment made by B & E in their response to my letter to you was a fabrication Never did I ever say that ANYONE in our house USED or FLUSHED tampons OR WIPES OR PAPER TOWELS in our house EVER We KNOW we have a holding tank because our house is a few feet below grade, and we even limit the amount of toilet paper we flush If the toilet paper is merely wet and not soiled, we do not flush at all We have LESS chance of blockage in our system than most people doI repeatedly asked how much the job would cost I NEVER even ONCE expressed happiness or gratitude for a "job well done." I was disgusted by the overcharges and told Bob Cote (I'm not sure of the correct spelling of the name of the man in charge that day) that I was shocked and appalled that I was charged for the men's labor AND the labor of the "SNAKE." I was also furious that they also rounded UP in charging me for more time than the actual time they were at my house. What IS true is that I did not contact the company because, after my complaint to the men on the day of the "service," I doubted if I would even get a response That's why I contacted the Revdex.com in the first place Sincerely, Margaret Bratsenis

I am sorry *** *** feels as she does. When we were finished with the job she was given a bill that clearly states the prices for our services as well as what was done. She had no problem when (Bob C*** owner) handed her the bill. She handed Bob a check at the timeOur bill clearly states the prices and for what services were doneClearly if she had a problem with the services or the prices she would have contacted our office. But yet again I state she never contacted our office !!!!!!!!
It clearly states on the bill that she received at the time of serviceswhat was done and the prices for the job being done and completed. She issued a check for the full amountIf I had problem with the services or prices I most definitely would not written a check to pay for services.I would of contacted the company to have them explain why the charges are what they areWe will not issue a refund for $Because it clearly states on our bill the prices and for what services was done at the time of serviceThis is our last response to this matterBecause it clearly states on our bill the prices for services and as well what was done
Thank You

I am sorry *** *** feels as she does, But our truck is stock with supplies dailyAnd snaking is a service as well as the labor to do the snakingIt takes a person to run the machine as well as the use of the machine to fix her problem. If she had a problem with the service why didn't she contact our office? BUT SHE DID NOT CONTACT OUR OFFICE IN ANY WAY.....IF *** *** HAD A PROBLEM AT THE TIME OF SERVICES,She should of contacted our office, BUT SHE DID NOT CONTACT OUR OFFICE !!!!!!!We have been in business for over years. If she had problem she should of contacted our office at the time of service,But she did not....We wish her well and may God bless her.Thank you

*** *** was informed at the time of service that was a clog in her main septic line and that it would have to be snaked,And that it would require the use of a larger snake because the line to be snaked was over feet long. She agreed for our men to snake the line at the time of service. She
never asked the price or why they had to snaked the main septic line. After our men snaked the line they had informed her that the was clogged with tampons and paper towels or some type of wipes. She informed our men that her daughter uses tampons and she would tell her not to flush them down the toilet because it clogged the line. Our men do not ask costumers for use of flash lights or paper towelsOur trucks are fully stock and have extra flash lights and paper towels.*** *** never contacted our office to register any complaint or to report any problems what so everWhen our men were finished with the job She Thank them over and over again and stated how happy she was the job they had done and how happy with the service she was. We have been in business for over years and have never had a complaint about our services. If *** had a problem with her services that she received at the time why did she not contact our office to speak with us? To our knowledge she was completely satisfied with the services our men did and thank them profusely.. *** *** was charged for the use of the snake machine to snake out the main septic line that was over feet long. The cost of the use of this machine was $And she was for labor as well.To run these machine it takes men to use them they do not run by themselvesShe was also charged Labor for the time our men where there. Our men where there for almost hours,But our man only charged her for hours of service. Our man did not charge her for the extra hour or for the men that where on the job.She was only charged for one man instead of two men that did the service. There is a cost of using the snake machine and then there is the cost of the person to use it.She has stated she did not break or keep the snake machineNo she did not but is our company suppose to use equipment and man power and not charge for the use of these? She was not charged an additional time as she has stated she was charged for the use of large snake machine at the cost of $and for $for Labor for our men to do the job that needed to be done.I do not understand if she had a problem at the time of services why did she thank our men and tell them how happy she was and how well they did? Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The response from B & E Plumbing was laden but lies.  First of all, no one in my home EVER uses or flushes tampons, sanitary napkins, or wipes, NOR have we ever flushed paper towels down the toilet.  That is an out and out lie.  In fact, because we have a holding tank, we are even MORE careful than most people to put NOTHING into the toilet that can cause a blockage. What B & E Plumbing said was a lie.
Secondly, they asked me for a flashlight AND for paper towels AND for newspapers.  I think someone used the light from a phone because my flashlight was small and clearly not "industrial."  I offered them the use of my flashlight and brought down a brand new giant roll of paper towels which they took with them when they left.  I mention this because I thought it was very unprofessional of them to arrive without these necessary items.  What B & E Plumbing said was a lie.
NEVER EVER did I "congratulate" them for a job WELL DONE.  NEVER did I say that I was happy with the service.  In fact, it was clear to the man in charge that I was shocked by the price, and I told him so.  I also told the female "assistant" who was with them that I was being charged for more time than they worked.  The man--I think his name is Bob Cote--replied, when I complained, "That's what I GET," with a big smile across his face.  What B & E Plumbing said was a lie.
I was charged $656.95 for less than two hours of work.  How many times has that snake been paid for?  That snake earns more money than the workers.   I don't work for B & E Plumbing.  I teach.  When I use materials in my work, I don't charge my students for all of my supplies AS WELL AS my labor.  And that is what E & E has done.
From the very first until they were packing up, it was very hard to get anyone to answer ANY of my questions.  I was outside with them for much of the time they were working.  I offered them all coffee or tea when they arrived.   It was a very breezy and chilly day.  I was very cordial.  I asked the man in charge (Bob?) many questions about what was wrong, what they had found, what the problem might be, and I got no answers.  I even asked how much the job might cost.  Got no answer.  He didn't know.  He couldn't say.  He wasn't sure.  I never even got a ballpark estimate.  What B & E said was a lie.
The spokesman for B & E  said I never contacted the office.  That was NOT a lie.  I never contacted the office because I had been very honest about my displeasure before B & E left my property.  Everything else that was reported by B & E in response to my complaint was a misrepresentation of facts and absolute falsehood.
Sincerely,[redacted]
