B & E Tire & Alignment

Review: I took my car to get an alignment done. After the work, the car did the same thing prior to taking it to B & E. The man said it was my tires (3 days old). I didn't receive any type of computer read out for being an alignment, and he said they don't give them out, because people will try and fix them on their own. I went home and gave my Dad[redacted] the papers and let him know what they said. My Dad called and was asking questions.The man got very mad. He blamed it on the tires and that he doesn't make any money on alignment and that it is an insult to him to buy tires somewhere else and bring the car in for an alignment only. He said that he makes money off tires and parts, and that the tires are defected. My Dad then informed him that the car is still pulling to the right and that it did it prior to the new tires being put on. The man said its the tires again and that we should have gotten tires from them and they are the biggest selling tire company in the area. That we should not insult them by not buying tires from him,so he can make some money. The man then told my Dad to buy his own alignment machine, etc. Basically we are taking the car to our mechanic tomorrow(8/6/2013) and have it check out for free.(Excellent company Below Book Auto, Lewes, De.)they don't do alignments, but have [redacted]. do them. I don't understand not getting a computer read out ! It is done with a computer and any other company that does alignments, gives you a copy. I feel they have ripped me off and the company was rude and agressive towards my Dad. We are waiting for my credit card to post so we will file a "fraud dispute" with [redacted] for the charge.Desired Settlement: $79.95 refund for not fixing the issue and blaming the tires.
