Review: B. Equipment picked up my snow blower and lawn edger for repair on April 10th. The units were returned back to my home on Friday April 18th, 2014. The lawn edger was fixed correctly. The snow blower was operating correctly, but was leaking gas (gas smell in garage). On Monday April 21st, I went to the repair station to let them know of the problem and to pay the bill. Total bill was $201.85. $92.11 was for the snow blower unit. The unit does not start at all. I spoke with the sales associate to let him know of the problem. He then spoke to the repair person himself. He said he would have it picked up and repaired later that week. On Thursday May 8th, I submitted a letter to explain my problem and asked for refund. As of today, May 27th, nothing has been done and no phone calls to my phone to correct the problem.Desired Settlement: Due to their poor workmanship, lack of promised follow up and completely ignoring my letter to their company, I am asking for a refund of $92.11. Their reputation is already unrepairable with me. I have spoken to many friends and acquaintances. Some have had success and some have had issues. I will NEVER use their services as they are NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.......
